Our son was diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety during the pandemic, and we struggled to find appropriate resources for him. We were referred to Susan, and she immediately went to work providing remote support while we were still engaged in distance learning. Ultimately, we had sessions in person as well. In both formats, Susan's work shines! Susan is passionate about literacy skills, but it's also evident how much she cares for every child in her world.
We watched our son progress from being behind grade level in reading, writing, and math to truly excelling in each category. Early on, we didn't appreciate the connection between having a solid literacy foundation and math comprehension, but as Susan continued her work with our son, we watched his math skills increase. Susan's ability to build strong literacy skills speaks for itself. But above all else, it was through Susan's work and support that we watched our son's confidence soar! Our son was always excited to share his test results (and other personal accomplishments!) with Susan during tutoring sessions.

My son B. was a client of Susan's while he was in grades 1-3. Susan was an integral part in keeping B. moving forward during the summer breaks. He showed a significant amount of trouble learning to read and Susan always cheered him on, He was diagnosed with Dyslexia and Susan was there once again to help us understand more about his learning difference.
